SERVICE MANAGER

  • Manage a team of NDIS support workers and coordinate the delivery of personalized care and support to clients
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure compliance with NDIS regulations and standards
  • Monitor and report on the performance of NDIS services, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Liaise with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided
  • Collaborate with the broader management team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the organization
  • Collaborate with other agencies to admit and manage clients according to their needs.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar NDIS service management role
  • Thorough understanding of the NDIS and its requirements, as well as experience in implementing NDIS-compliant processes and procedures
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
  • Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and implementing innovative solutions
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as disability services, allied health, or community services
